Remarks	(Curator Note, CW 2021) Distances (cM) on the maps in Sanz et al. were provided for framework markers, but not for the placed markers, often in large clusters. Lines on the maps indicated cluster placement in the intervals between the framework markers. The cM distances for the placed markers (single or in clusters) were calculated based on the cM distance provided for each interval and the ratio of the physical distances (mm) between the framework and placed markers on the figures.
