Populations A and B are BC2F2-6 populations
(Curator Note, C. Wight) The flanking marker is reported as E39M53_3 in Table 5 in Herrmann et al., yet the marker at that position on the A1 map in Figure 2 is E39M53_1
Synonyms were added to RFLP markers that were in GrainGenes in the previous 'X' format. 'X' indicates unknown function for early molecular markers, but was dropped as noted in the Introduction of the Catalog of Gene Symbols for Wheat.
Synonyms were added to 'AM' SSR markers that were in GrainGenes without the preceeding zeros in the name, i.e. AM3 and AM0003.
By adding synonyms to the markers, the functionality of cMap is improved.
