Remarks	Mapping was done on four previously developed rye populations: P87 x P105; N6 x N2; N7 x N2; N7 x N6. All mapping populations had framework RFLP maps, and 72 individuals from each were used. Wheat-rye addition maps were used to map SSR loci with no polymorphism to chromosome arms. See the reference or images for these loci and centromere position.
