Remarks	Genomic DNA was extracted from leaf tissues of 10-15 days old seedlings of the 1,163 spring wheat core collection from the USDA-ARS National Small Grains Collections. A total of 5,619 high quality SNP markers with genetic map information were used for GWAS analyses. The genetic positions of the markers significantly associated with stripe rust resistance were estimated based on the Wheat 9K SNP consensus map from Cavanagh et al. (2013).
