Insert appears to contain multiple inserts (2) joined by linker sequence at 334-341. Trimmed to insert at both ends. (GT)25 245 to 294. Reverse primer begins GT (first part of Rsa1 site in the genome - does not appear in sequence above as replaced by linker). Bases 1 to 279 show homology to 12h6.1 bases 1 to 279 (279 in longest run, maxScore = 211). Bases 362 to 639 show homology to 12h6.2 bases 50 to 327 (278 in longest run, maxScore = 239).
