Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 17g10 Donor: Khairallah, Mexico Trimmed to insert at both ends. Bases 78 to 107 show homology to 11b10 bases 167 to 196 (30 in longest run, maxScore = 55), zone is 78-255. Reverse primer has two mismatches to 11b10, forward primer is not within the zone of homology. (GT)21 68 to 109.
