Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 24d3 Donor: ITCF Trimmed to Ssp1 at 5' end and to insert at 3' end. Bases 161 to 195 (complement) show homology to 17b11 bases 59 to 93 (35 in longest run, maxScore = 54). Homology is on one side of microsatellite. (GT)10 55 to 74, (GT)4 79 to 86, (GT)14 131 to 158, (GT)5 249 to 258. Foward primer no match to 17B11, reverse primer last base does not match 17B11
