Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 25a9 Donor: Serasem Location from nullisomic/tetrasomic (Daryl Somers, AgCanada, Feb 2001) : 194 bases located on 4A Trimmed to Ssp1 at 5' end and to insert at 3' end. Bases 257 to 269 (complement) show homology to 12d2 bases 27 to 39 (13 in longest run, maxScore = 33). Bases 112 to 131 show homology to 25c11 bases 73 to 92 (20 in longest run, maxScore = 46). (GT)28 151 to 206, (GT)5 251 to 260.
