Brookfield, a hard red spring milling wheat ( Triticum aestivum ) cultivar, is adapted to Ontario, Canada and the Canadian Maritimes. It has expressed high grain yield, good lodging resistance and a high level of resistance to powdery mildew ( Erysiphe graminis f.sp. tritici )
