Results are presented of an experiment conducted on winter wheat cultivars Yumai 34 (strong gluten) and Luoyang 9716 (medium-strong gluten) to determine the effect of post-anthesis irrigation (at 7, 14, 21, 28, 7 + 14, 7 + 21, and 7 + 14 + 21 + 28 days) on grain quality and yield
