Comment	Oat Cellulose synthase-like (Csl) gene likely influencing beta-glucan content ('_D' refers to the subgenome where this locus is found) (Curator Notes. Charlene Wight, 12/2020). This was sequenced, then mapped as a SCAR. The paper also provides a position for the A genome locus, but this was determined through comparative mapping with the diploid sequences, and so is less reliable.
