Letters to the left of the linkage groups refer to homoeologies with the linkage groups of the A. atlantica x A. hirtula map representing the A genome (GNM-35-765). Parentheses associated with these letters indicate that the homoeologous relationship determination was based on only one marker. Horizontal lines across linkage groups indicate the approximate location of putative translocation breakpoints. Map distances are given in centi-Morgans (Kosambi function). Loci in parentheses have been assigned to intervals only (LOD < 2).
