General Remarks	ABG399 has two inserts, 0.7 and 0.5 kb. The 0.5 kb fragment gives a Very clean blot with few bands and should be used for mapping. Harrington has a very strong band with this fragment that is absent in the other 3 parents. The 0.7 fragment gives multiple bands and messy blot. Will reclone the 0.5 kb band in a separate plasmid.
