Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 1B1 Donor: Nickerson Location from nullisomic/tetrasomic (Daryl Somers, AgCanada, Feb 2001) : 158 bases located on 3B AGRO2. (CT)(CA) compound. (CA)14 334 to 361. Primers redesigned 19.6.97 to avoid linkers (old primers deleted from database 19.6.97). Bases 244 to 334 show homology to 2h1.2 bases 27 to 117 (91 in longest run, maxScore = 67). True duplicate with 2h1.2, 1b1 has priority.
