Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 1G4 Donor: Nickerson Location from nullisomic/tetrasomic (Daryl Somers, AgCanada, Feb 2001) : 214 bases located on 7B, 276 bases located on 7B AGR31. CA microsatellite. Trimmed to Rsa1 fragment. Expected fragment 267 bases. (Near) duplicate of 1D2, 1d12. Polymorphic on agarose after PCR 61C anneal. (2 loci?) - is one of these the same as 1d12. NB forward primer would not perfectly match 1d12 sequence.
