Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 7e4 Donor: Somers, Agriculture Canada Location from nullisomic/tetrasomic (Daryl Somers, AgCanada, Feb 2001) : 140 bases located on 4B Trimmed to insert at both ends (Rsa1 at 5' end). (GT)12 114 to 137. (1 polymophic locus out of 2). Bases 114-323 (ie. 3' side of microsatellite) match complement of 11C3. Bases 114 to 243 show homology to 22c2 bases 139 to 268 (130 in longest run, maxScore = 95). Duplicate with 22c2, 7e4 has priority. Bases 114 to 197 show homology to 10e3 bases 81 to 164 (complement) (84 in longest run, maxScore = 119). Duplicate with 10e3, 7e4 has priority.
