Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 8h11 Donor: Flore, Verneuil Location from nullisomic/tetrasomic (Daryl Somers, AgCanada, Feb 2001) : 144 bases located on 5B AGR195. Double insert joined by linkers at 188-205. Small interrupted microsatellite (GT)2(GA)7 in first insert. Trimmed off Puc sequence at 3' 20.8.97 Bases 116 to 187 show homology to 20e10 bases 123 to 194 (72 in longest run, maxScore = 63).
