Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 9h4 Donor: Bernard, Clermont-Ferrand Location from nullisomic/tetrasomic (Daryl Somers, AgCanada, Feb 2001) : 190 bases located on 2A Trimmed to insert at 5' end and to Rsa1 at 3' end. After first 40 bases is similar to 7c7(CA)21 37 to 78, (CGCA)10. Bases 81 to 101 show homology to 17e7 bases 273 to 293 (21 in longest run, maxScore = 21). Bases 37 to 70 show homology to 10h2 bases 68 to 101 (34 in longest run, maxScore = 26).
