Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 14f4 Donor: Hjortsholm, Sejet Location from nullisomic/tetrasomic (Daryl Somers, AgCanada, Feb 2001) : 146 bases located on 2B Trimmed to Rsa1 at 5' end and to insert at 3' end. (GT)23 62 to 107. Bases 61 to 197 show homology to 15a5 bases 4 to 140 (complement) (137 in longest run, maxScore = 81). 14f4 is a duplicate of 15a5. 14f4 has priority.
