Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 12d8.1 Donor: Mohler, Munich Location from nullisomic/tetrasomic (Daryl Somers, AgCanada, Feb 2001) : 112 bases located on 3B Trimmed to insert at both ends. Multiple inserts (2) in this clone. This is the first insert. Bases 43 to 60 (complement) show homology to 9d4 bases 379 to 396 (18 in longest run, maxScore = 28). (CA)12 121 to 144, (CA)6 174 to 185.
