Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 22c7 Donor: Romestant, RAGT Location from nullisomic/tetrasomic (Daryl Somers, AgCanada, Feb 2001) : 156 bases located on 6B Trimmed to insert at 5' end, corrupted 3' end removed as cleanly as possible. Bases 149 to 198 show homology to 11a8 bases 348 to 397 (50 in longest run, maxScore = 42). (GT)14 32 to 59. Note that the 3' primer is located close to corrupted sequence of vector.
