Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 21f6 Donor: Langridge, CRC Australia Location from nullisomic/tetrasomic (Daryl Somers, AgCanada, Feb 2001) : 208 bases located on 2A, 2B No trimming done to sequence at Agrogene, ends not located. (CA)4 111 to 118, (CA)15 121 to 150. Bases 6 to 47 show homology to 21h9 bases 132 to 173 (complement) (42 in longest run, maxScore = 64). Duplicate with 21h9, 21f6 has priority.
