Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 25h3 Donor: Jizeng, Beijing Location from nullisomic/tetrasomic (Daryl Somers, AgCanada, Feb 2001) : 204 bases located on 7B Forward sequence only. Trimmed to insert at both ends. Bases 202 to 235 show homology to 9e5 bases 183 to 216 (34 in longest run, maxScore = 83). Homology to one side of microsatellite. Reverse primer three mismatches to 9e5. (GT)7 118 to 131, (GT)25 134 to 183.
