Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 6c4 Donor: Dubcovsky, Buenos Aires Location from nullisomic/tetrasomic (Daryl Somers, AgCanada, Feb 2001) : 139 bases located on 4A, 149 bases located on 4D, 190 bases located on 4B AGR75. Trimmed to insert. (GA)9 177 to 194. Not sure if polymorphic. Contains sequence element 104-172 that matches complement of 6a12. Jorge Dubcovsky maps this to all group 4 homoeologues.
