Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 25f8 Donor: Serasem Trimmed to insert at 5' end and to Ssp1 at 3' end. Bases 13 to 97 show homology to 7e6 bases 60 to 144 (85 in longest run, maxScore = 75). (CA)13 98 to 123. Bases 98 to 189 show homology to 26f11 bases 81 to 172 (92 in longest run, maxScore = 146). Duplicate with 26f11, 25f8 has priority.
