General Remarks
Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 1B4 Donor: Nickerson Location from nullisomic/tetrasomic (Daryl Somers, AgCanada, Feb 2001) : 180 bases located on 7A, 500 bases located on 4A AGR26. Trimmed to Rsa1 fragment. CA microsatellite. Expect Fragment 168 bases. Polymorphic on agarose. (2 or 3 polymorphic loci detected?). Bases 8-175 ie. 5' side of microsatellite match 5g10, bases 114-220 (ie. 3' side of microsatellite) match 5b12, also 5F2. Bases 156 to 210 show homology to 12d4 bases 80 to 134 (55 in longest run, maxScore = 51).
