Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 7f2 Donor: Somers, Agriculture Canada Trimmed to insert at both ends (Rsa1 at 3'). (GT)26 176 to 227. Tight fit for primers. Complex band pattern. Bases 50 to 162 show homology to 2g6.1 bases 75 to 187 (complement) (113 in longest run, maxScore = 98). True duplicate with 2g6.1, 7f2 has priority.
