General Remarks	Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 2e11 Donor: Wang, Utah several large microsatellites(GA)16 194 to 225, (GA)9 346 to 363, (GT)9 176 to 193, (GT)8 318 to 333, (GT)16 399 to 430, (GT)8 433 to 448. Bright smeary band around 140 bases (wrong size) after PCR with anneal at 61C - redesign primers?. First 77 bases 76/77 identical to 2f8 (1g1 family), homology extends beyond this point up to microsatellite (though different core motifs), extensive match to 6a11, bases 470-753 (ie all 3' side microsatellite) match 8g11. Best not use.
