General Remarks	Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 6b12 Donor: Devaux, Florimond Desprez AGR138. trimmed to Rsa1 fragment. Imperfect interrupted microsatellite 141-214. Bands produced are not expected size. Bases 16-80 match 6b1 438-506. Bases 231-354 match part of 13C5 (complement). Bases 55 to 91 show homology to 19d1 bases 273 to 309 (37 in longest run, maxScore = 90). Bases 182 to 225 show homology to 2a2 bases 100 to 143 (complement) (44 in longest run, maxScore = 57). True duplicate with 2a2, 6b12 has priority. Bases 205 to 226 show homology to 26e9 bases 77 to 98 (22 in longest run, maxScore = 73). Bases 32 to 351 show homology to 14c10 bases 2 to 321 (320 in longest run, maxScore = 236). Duplicate of 14c10, 6b12 has priority.
