General Remarks	Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 3c12 Donor: Keller, Zurich No trimming done to sequence. Bases 77-365 (complement) (ie. 3' side of microsatellite) match part of 9H6. (GT)12 85 to 108, (GT)8 111 to 126. Reverse primer is within the region matched to 9H6, but includes several mismatches. Bases 178 to 203 show homology to 21f1 bases 185 to 210 (26 in longest run, maxScore = 83), duplicate, 3c12 has priority.
