General Remarks	Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 13g1.1 Donor: Jager-Gussen, Saaten Union Trimmed to Rsa1 at 3' end, 5' end not located. Multiple inserts (2) joined 203-221 by linkers - this is the first insert. Complex microsatellite (CT)4(AT)(CT)7(CA)7(CT)2. Bases 107-185 (ie. 3' side of microsatellite) have some homology to 6A1 (reverse primer has 2 mismatches to 6A1).
