Bases 1-119 (complement) (ie. 5' side of microsatellite) match part of 9d1.(CA)8 73 to 88, several small CA runs. Bases 285 to 318 show homology to 26b1.1 bases 110 to 143 (complement) (34 in longest run, maxScore = 32).
