Bases 377 to 387 show homology to 13e4 bases 183 to 193 (11 in longest run, maxScore = 49). (CA)10 73 to 92, (CA)13 137 to 162, (CA)6 165 to 176, (CA)12 504 to 527. Several microsatellites in this sequnce, primers are to the last one. NB high bias in bases. Bases 269 to 287 show homology to 10f3 bases 115 to 133 (19 in longest run, maxScore = 65). Bases 4 to 345 show homology to 10h4 bases 1 to 342 (342 in longest run, maxScore = 238). Duplicate with 10h4, 10g3 has priority.
