General Remarks	Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 25c7 Donor: Serasem Trimmed to insert at both ends. Bases 100 to 145 (complement) show homology to 8g4 bases 173 to 218 (46 in longest run, maxScore = 106). Homology to one side of microsatellite, reverse primer has several misamatches to 8g4. Forward primer outside region of homology. Bases 218 to 255 show homology to 20e7 bases 116 to 153 (complement) (38 in longest run, maxScore = 93). (GA)4 79 to 86, (GA)23 95 to 140.
