Trimmed to insert at 5' end, 3' end not located. Bases 164 to 207 show homology to 10e2 bases 179 to 222 (44 in longest run, maxScore = 49). No obvious match for forward primer to 10e2, reverse primer will match 10e2. (GT)8 113 to 128, (GA)7 129 to 142, (GA)9 145 to 162, (GA)4 165 to 170.
