General Remarks	Wheat Microsatellite Consortium Project 1, Plate reference 15b3.1 Donor: Aventis Multiple inserts in this clone, this is the first insert. Trimmed to insert at 5' end and to Rsa1 at 3' end (NB 5' linker corrupted). Bases 276 to 310 (complement) show homology to 22a5 bases 143 to 177 (35 in longest run, maxScore = 113). (GT)9 129 to 146. Reverse primer has two missmatches with 22a5 sequence. Forward primer is unique.
