* Plots in LOC 1a were big yield trial plots planted earlier at the Spillman Farm by Kim Kidwell and Gary Shelton.
Plots in LOC1b were short single rows planted later also at the Spillman Farm and about 300 meters away from LOC 1b.
Plots in LOC 4 were also short single rows about 4 miles away from LOC 1.
Because we got the seed after we had planted nurseries at Mt. Vernon, WA, this nursery was not planted over Mt Vernon.
**Infection types (IT) were based on a 0-9 scale, in which 0-3 are generally consider resistant, 4-6 (recorded as 5 in fields)
intermediate, and 7-9 susceptible (recorded as 8). The differences of stripe rust reaction for some entries between
the locations migh be due to differences in race composition and frequency.
