PanViewer
Explore pan-genome accessions: search by gene ID to compare homologs across genomes, view alignments and trees, inspect protein-level variation, and review conservation and predicted secondary structure.
You can also search by partial gene ID or accession name
About
This oat view uses pan-gene clusters from PanOat. Each pan-gene represents a Hierarchical Orthogroup (HOG) from OrthoFinder, grouping orthologous gene IDs across accessions; alignments and variants use FAMSA when protein sequences are in the index. See Ribeiro et al., Nature (2025) for the PanOat pangenome.
